Protecting the Vote. Building Power. Developing People.
Democracy is strongest when communities are equipped not only to participate in elections, but also to protect the integrity of the electoral process, build lasting relationships, and develop leaders who can sustain the work long after Election Day.
The Electoral Justice Virtual Series is built around three core pillars:
Election Protection by preparing organizers and volunteers to support voters, respond to challenges, and help ensure every eligible voter can participate in free and fair elections.
Base Building by using elections as organizing opportunities that strengthen relationships, deepen community engagement, and move people into long-term leadership and collective action.
Developing People by investing in volunteers, staff, and emerging leaders through healthy campaign practices, effective team management, and leadership development that creates resilient, sustainable organizations.
Together, these sessions provide participants with practical skills, organizing frameworks, and leadership tools to strengthen their electoral work while building healthier teams and stronger communities. Rather than viewing elections as isolated events, this series approaches them as opportunities to cultivate leadership, deepen relationships, and build the long-term capacity needed to sustain movements for justice.
