After progressive organizers talk to their community members, they take notes about their interactions to document and aid in follow-up, but many tools don’t allow for easy search terms to group these folks by their key issue areas. In lieu of building yet another tool in the space, this project presents a comparative analysis of options to implement this shortcut into existing organizing databases.

Jenna Tingum is a progressive professional passionate about elections data, labor organizing, and the state of Florida. She grew up in south Florida, now lives in St. Petersburg, and believes that, despite competing narratives, Florida is one of the queerest places to be. She currently works at America Votes as a States Support Data Analyst, supporting auxiliary states in their network like New Hampshire and Minnesota.
